Wild Bikers Motorcycles. ("Wild Bikers”) operates several websites including Wildbikers.net, midatlanticxriders.com and others. It is Wild Bikers policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites. We all know we can not 100% guarntee your safety on teh internet, but we do not store any Credit Card or financial information on this site.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Wild Bikers collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Wild Bikers purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Wild Bikers visitors use its website. From time to time, Wild Bikers may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Submission of photos - Personal Information

Wild Bikers will request certain personal information for those desiring to submit photos for our Galleries. This information is utilized to ensure the the person submitting is above the age of 18 and that they are submitting them as their own property. Copyrighted photos will be rejected and unless a release from the owner of the photos is obtained. No personal information is provided publicly to third party sources except in the case of other circumstances described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Wild Bikers websites choose to interact with Wild Bikers in ways that require Wild Bikers to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Automattic gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Wild bikers DOES NOT maintain a file of any person personal credit card or banking information.

Wild Bikers may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Wild Bikers may monitor the most popular products and pages on the Wildbikers.com site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. Wild Bikers may display this information publicly or provide it to others to ensure the IP address or information is not spam or attempt to make a attack on this site. Wild Bikers does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Comments and other content submitted to ourt anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Wild Bikers may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Wild Bikers discretion. Wild Bikers encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a wildbikers.com account, you should also check your dashboard for alerts to these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
