Your Satisfaction is our Guarntee! If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, we will credit your account or refund your money. Just return the part to us in like-new condition within 30 days from the date of invoice, and we’ll refund the full purchase price (except for return and original shipping charges, which aren’t refundable). This includes manufacturers’ defects on electrical parts. Exceptions to this policy are listed below.

Used and Damaged Parts

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

Returning Parts

Do not return parts until you have spoken to a Wild Bikers representative. Return the parts in thier original container and packaging. Items open and used may be rejected unless previously discussed. Seal the package and follow the shipping instructions and mail to the address provided by Wild Bikers. Return simply sent back without approval will be rejected and returned.
