Wild Bikers wants you to be satisfied!

On occasion there may need to be a time when you have to return your product due to an unknown reason. Whatever the reason we will do our best to make things right in the end! The Manufacturers that we represent each have thier own policies which we will assist you in and they are listed on the FAQ's Page for that particular manufacturer. we encourage you to read everything before making your purchase and ensure the product you are buying is the correct one for the right application. When in doubt, please call or email us before making your purchase to discuss them.

Here are our Generarl Standard Policies

Returns must be made within 10 DAYS of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in re-sell-able or like-new condition in there original packaging. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 10-day return period will be subject to a restocking fee if accepted.

YOU MUST CONTACT tTHE MANUFACTURER or WILD BIKERS BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REJECTED AND SENT BACK.

Clothing and Apparel is NOT refundable though!
